Mindful in the Middle
Supporting Minds, Moving Bodies, Building Bonds
Who We Are
Mindful in the Middle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing mindfulness and wellness practices to middle school students and the adults who support them. We believe the middle years are a powerful opportunity to equip young people — and those who guide them — with the tools of awareness, balance, and connection. Our work is rooted in research and grounded in what’s developmentally appropriate for this age, ensuring that every practice is both practical and accessible.
